Several times I have budgeted and done this because I don't have a lot of money and this makes it easier for me to buy games. They have come up with ways to offer half price games, $3.00 games and buy one get one free to fill up a punch card for a free game. Sometimes we make mistakes in not reading agreements with companies and that is on us, but I have never been treated harshly or disrespectfully by any Bigfish employee. If you are complaining about not reading the fine print and getting ripped off and calling Bigfishgames scammers, I don't agree at all. I have never experienced a virus or problem with my computer from any games I have downloaded. They have always responded and have never left me hanging in the lurch.
I have always had great customer service and when they couldn't fix my issue or I really hated a game after buying it, they gave me a new game credit. I have been a game club member off and on for 18 years. I highly recommend Bigfishgames because my experience has been positive for 18 years.įirst of all I want to say I am in no way affiliated with Bigfishgames.
